DEBANK GLOBAL PTE. LTD. ("DEBANK" or "Lux" or "we") respects and protects the privacy of Users (“you” or “users”). We will collect and use the information generated from your use of DeBank or Lux, in accordance with the Terms of Use.
# What information do we collect
We get information about you in a range of ways.
Information You Give Us. Information we collect from you includes:
- Network information regarding transactions;
- Feedback and correspondence, such as information you provide in your responses to surveys when you report a problem with our service, receive customer support, or otherwise correspond with us;
- Usage information, such as information about how you use the Service and interact with us;
# We will never collect the following information:
- Never collect keys, addresses, transactions, balances, hashes, or any personal information
- Never collect your full IP address
- Never sell data for profit
# Wallet Address, Private Key, and Backup Capabilities
The private key is associated with the wallet address and, collectively, they enable the authorization of transfers of Digital Assets to and from that wallet address. You are solely responsible for the retention and security of your private key and any mnemonic phrase ("Seed Phrase") associated with your wallet. It is imperative that you keep your wallet address, Seed Phrase, and private key access information secure. Additionally, you must ensure that you back up your private keys, Seed Phrases, or passwords. Failure to do so may result in the irrevocable loss of control over Digital Assets associated with your wallet.
We do not receive, store, or retain your wallet password, encrypted private key, unencrypted private key, or Seed Phrase associated with your wallet. We are unable to generate a new password for your wallet in the event that you forget your original password. If you have not securely stored a backup of any wallet address and private key pairs maintained in your wallet, any Digital Assets associated with such wallet address will become inaccessible. Accordingly, we disclaim all responsibility and liability in the event that you are unable to access your wallet for any reason, including, but not limited to, your failure to keep your wallet address, Seed Phrase, and private key information secure, if the app is unintentionally deleted, if your device is lost, or if troubleshooting necessitates reinstallation of the wallet.
# Safety and Security of Your Devices
We are not liable for any damage, interruptions, or asset loss caused by computer viruses, malware, phishing, spoofing, or other malicious attacks. We advise the regular use of reputable and readily available virus screening and prevention software. You should also be aware that SMS and email services are vulnerable to spoofing and phishing attacks and should use care in reviewing messages purporting to originate from us.
# How do we use the information we collect
Our primary purpose in collecting information is to help us operate, provide, improve, customize, support, and market our services.
We may use your information to:
- Provide the services and customer support you request;
- Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems;
# How do we use Cookies
When you access our services, we may place small data files called cookies or pixel tags on your computer.
We use these files to understand, secure, operate, and provide our services. For example, we use cookies to:

In particular, if you do not accept the revised policies, please immediately stop your use of DeBank or Lux.
